Finally, I was able to take the time to write a review of this wonderful apartment complex. I will start by saying that my family and I did not even dream of living here, as it seemed simply impossible. But miracles definitely happen in my life, it is not for nothing that I believe in them! We got the most wonderful apartment in a wonderful quiet area. I am in love with this place and still cannot fully comprehend that I live here. Inside the complex there is a swimming pool, a gym (which I have not yet reached) and a park nearby, where I go with my furry friend Chihuahua. Another and, probably, the most important part of this miracle is the office managers Marigold and Carmen, without whom this would not have happened. Having read reviews about their professionalism and friendliness, even during the paperwork, I said that I would not leave here anywhere, so I wanted them to be my office managers. And all the reviews turned out to be true! Oh my goodness, these ladies are just amazing. From the beginning to the end of the process, they tried their best to make sure that we could live here. Now, as a resident in this complex, every time I see them, it's like meeting family, the atmosphere is wonderful and heartwarming. So if peace, quiet and warm relationships are important to you, then this is the place for you!

I consider it a great honor and achievement to be a resident of this complex. A place where the office managers try their best, and in addition to professionalism and high quality of work, they manage to put their soul into their work and love the people living here. Their kindness and responsibility are visible in everything: the territory is well-kept, clean, green grass and trees are pleasing to the eye and fill the soul with peace and joy. The apartment itself is spacious and well soundproofed, the neighbors are respectful and friendly. There is everything necessary for a family of any size, with children and babies, old and young. This place is a great blessing for everyone who lives in it!

The pool is very clean and the citizens are very nice there! We lived there for almost six years and it is very clean and peaceful there. So many playful kids outside too! It is very lovely and would recommend over and over again. Note: The staff are very polite there.

I've only been living here for a week, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The management team, Carmen and Marigold, were welcoming and friendly, and supported me throughout the entire process. Thanks to their professionalism, my move was much smoother than I expected. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and beautiful — you can really feel that the team is working hard to achieve the best results. In my opinion, the location is very convenient: there’s a park nearby, perfect for walks with small children. The infrastructure is great as well — there are shops, gas stations, and dining options close by. Overall, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I am impressed with everything about this community, most notably the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to the highest quality standards. I have always got the answers to all my questions instantly. Friendly neighbors, the maintenance guys are excellent; they have always resolved all our problems within the stipulated time, and we can go away knowing all maintenance indoors and outdoors will be taken care of. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and schools. I will miss living in this place. I highly recommend Arlington Creek as your next apartment home.

We used to live for a few years in one bedroom apartment here, than we moved to 3 bedroom apartment here because of family expansion, both units were really good, we enjoyed our living here. Never had any issues with noise community, also parking is really good, it has a lot of open spots so when you have friends in your house it’s never a problem to park their car. There is also a big park behind the apartment, for those who have kids, it’s absolutely amazing!!! Office workers are very polite and helpful, very easy to communicate! Overall it’s great location to live and price is lower than other similar communities.

Ok so I’m trying to hold back my tears as I write this review , on mY 7th not exactly sure but it was the first week of may I was calling apartments and I called Arlington creek apartments and was told they had a 1 bedroom coming available , my current situation was I was staying in my car from my home being taking from me well I went to Arlington Creek Apartments , I just want to say you are going to meet the 2 most beautiful woman in Sacramento they did not judge my situation they had more compassion and empathy and kind Ms marigold and Ms Carmen have been through the challenges I was facing and understood and could relate to what I was going through and even though my credit score was not where it should have been Ms marigold gave me a second chance at stability and having a home again they were fair and just there kind and compassionate but stern and fair they are the best assets to that apartment office they make these apartments what they are … a beautiful place to call home , I have been treated so fairly with kindness and they understand , everything that happened in the order it did was Gods blessing , these 2 beautiful souls , give life to this apartment complex and I give both Ms Carmen and Ms marigold a 5 star rating but in my soul they are blessings from above , I recommend this apartment complex hands down no questions asked … and if anyone is questioning wether to apply please do you will meet these beautiful Angels in person thank you Kimberly G…

I have been living here for over 3 months now. Love this place and the neighborhood. Walking in the park after work or morning walks on the weekends, makes you feel so good and relaxed. The office ladies, Carmen and Marygold are very nice and doing their best to accommodate everyone’s needs. Jose is a great maintenance guy as well. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!

This is by far the best place to call home! The management staff is beyond professional! They are amazing and really make you feel like family. Every time I go into the office the environment is warm and very welcoming. If you have any questions or concerns about anything they are always there to lending a helping hand. The complex is also clean and very quiet. We literally have no issues here and I love it!

In 3 years of living the Arlington Creek experience, I must say I grew to love living there. The previous staff seemed entirely inept, oblivious to any/all California standards or law, and generally did not seem to care. The turnover in staff was heaven sent. Very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to tax credit, periodic inspections, price increases, renter' rights, ETC. Installation of security cameras and new security patrol eliminated unwanted foot traffic from the area and homeless passing through. Kudos to management for their diligence and actually taking pride in their job/community.

Great apartment. Very tidy inside and out. Management gets things done in a timly manner. Stuff gets fixed really fast, all you have to do is come and tell them. If you don't tell them something is broken, they won't know. This property has been under new management past 2 years. People that lived her before the new management have seen the drastic change. Good change. Highly recommend this property to all my friends. Best place to live in antelope.

Alfonso is the last person I'd call lazy. Yara(manager), is always on top of things. If i need anything, she is always willing to help. Mind you she is pregnant, and still has her A game on. The office is always tidy. The coffee in the loby is always stocked. Alfonso and Yara keep it professional 100% of the time. Definitely a place you can call home.

Stopped by this lovely property not one complain enjoyed the beautiful sweet young girl in the office she had a lot of people in the office and still held it together to help all very professional and well organized she gave us a tour and the property was well kept very cleaned well kept up the office smells great and looks so welcoming definitely enjoyed our tour definitely submitting our application in apartments are so big spacious and very well kept love the big spacious bathroom and the opportunity to have a washer and dryer in unit the pool so nice and clean the gym is a big plus and there afterschool program is something us parents love to hear so if you are looking for a great welcoming complex stopped by and see the lovely helpful lady in the front office so professional and definitely a hard worker go see her is worth it
