I had a great experience with the leasing office! Carmen and the office manager were both incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel welcome, and genuinely cared about helping me. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made everything so much easier. It’s refreshing to work with a team that is so kind and attentive. I truly appreciate all of their help and highly recommend this apartment community!

I had a wonderful experience living here. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had any questions or needed assistance. The amenities are great, and I always felt safe and comfortable during my stay. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about keeping the property in excellent condition and creating a welcoming environment for residents. I’m moving out only because of personal reasons, but I genuinely enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home. Thank you for making my time here such a positive experience.

I lived in these apartments on the 2nd floor for 4 years. We had a clean and dry apartment. There was never any mold or cockroaches. If there was any damage in the apartment, I went to the office and they very quickly solved the problem and repaired what was needed. There are two nice women working in the office. Overall, my family was satisfied. The location is also very convenient, there are grocery stores nearby. By the way, the neighbors were also nice and never stole our packages, although they stood at the door all day.

We recently move in and so far our experience has been very positive. The move-in experience was smooth.the management Marigold n Carmen was very friendly and helpful though out . We recommend people to come and ask for information.

This complex's cleanliness and location are noteworthy. The office manager and assistant demonstrate exceptional professionalism, always acting in the best interests of the community and striving to ensure resident satisfaction. I had a great experience visiting this property! The management team, Carmen and Marigold, were welcoming and friendly, and helped answer all the questions I had about living here. The property was clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a nice area with stores and gas stations nearby. Thank you Arlington Creek Staff.

I consider it a great honor and achievement to be a resident of this complex. A place where the office managers try their best, and in addition to professionalism and high quality of work, they manage to put their soul into their work and love the people living here. Their kindness and responsibility are visible in everything: the territory is well-kept, clean, green grass and trees are pleasing to the eye and fill the soul with peace and joy. The apartment itself is spacious and well soundproofed, the neighbors are respectful and friendly. There is everything necessary for a family of any size, with children and babies, old and young. This place is a great blessing for everyone who lives in it!

The pool is very clean and the citizens are very nice there! We lived there for almost six years and it is very clean and peaceful there. So many playful kids outside too! It is very lovely and would recommend over and over again. Note: The staff are very polite there.
