I lived in these apartments on the 2nd floor for 4 years. We had a clean and dry apartment. There was never any mold or cockroaches. If there was any damage in the apartment, I went to the office and they very quickly solved the problem and repaired what was needed. There are two nice women working in the office. Overall, my family was satisfied. The location is also very convenient, there are grocery stores nearby. By the way, the neighbors were also nice and never stole our packages, although they stood at the door all day.

We recently move in and so far our experience has been very positive. The move-in experience was smooth.the management Marigold n Carmen was very friendly and helpful though out . We recommend people to come and ask for information.

The office manager and assistant demonstrate exceptional professionalism, always acting in the best interests of the community and striving to ensure resident satisfaction. I had a great experience visiting this property! The management team, Carmen and Marigold, were welcoming and friendly, and helped answer all the questions I had about living here. The property was clean and well-maintained, and it’s located in a nice area with stores and gas stations nearby. Thank you Arlington Creek Staff.

I consider it a great honor and achievement to be a resident of this complex. A place where the office managers try their best, and in addition to professionalism and high quality of work, they manage to put their soul into their work and love the people living here. Their kindness and responsibility are visible in everything: the territory is well-kept, clean, green grass and trees are pleasing to the eye and fill the soul with peace and joy. The apartment itself is spacious and well soundproofed, the neighbors are respectful and friendly. There is everything necessary for a family of any size, with children and babies, old and young. This place is a great blessing for everyone who lives in it!

The pool is very clean and the citizens are very nice there! We lived there for almost six years and it is very clean and peaceful there. So many playful kids outside too! It is very lovely and would recommend over and over again. Note: The staff are very polite there.

I've only been living here for a week, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The management team, Carmen and Marigold, were welcoming and friendly, and supported me throughout the entire process. Thanks to their professionalism, my move was much smoother than I expected. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and beautiful — you can really feel that the team is working hard to achieve the best results. In my opinion, the location is very convenient: there’s a park nearby, perfect for walks with small children. The infrastructure is great as well — there are shops, gas stations, and dining options close by. Overall, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Arlington Creek Apartments is a cool place to live in Antelope, California. The apartments are nice, and there’s a pool, a gym, and even a laundry room, so you’ve got everything you need. Plus, it’s close to stores, schools, and bus stops, which makes life way easier. The manager here is really friendly and helpful—they always take care of things quickly and make sure everyone feels welcome.
