I am extremely disappointed with the way this property handled our scheduled tour. We made an appointment through their official website to tour the apartments and view the community. I even have a screenshot confirming the appointment. Because the tour was important to us, I left work three hours early and rearranged my entire schedule so that we could arrive on time.
When we arrived, the employee at the office told us that there were no tours scheduled for that day and suggested that we simply come back again on Friday. This was shocking and completely unacceptable. I asked why nobody had warned us in advance. They had several ways to contact us: a phone call, text message, or email. We received absolutely nothing. There was no cancellation notice, no explanation, and no apology for wasting our time.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation, check the appointment confirmation, or offer an alternative, the employee gave no clear answer and simply continued looking at the computer as if she was busy. Her attitude made us feel ignored and unwelcome. There was no concern that I had left work early, lost several hours, and driven there specifically for an appointment that their own website allowed us to schedule.
This experience showed a serious lack of communication, organization, and respect for potential residents. If the office cannot properly manage a simple tour appointment or notify visitors about a cancellation, it raises concerns about how residents’ problems may be handled after moving in. Our time matters too. At the very least, the office should apologize and make sure this does not happen to other people.
