This property is so disgusting you have trash everywere roaches and bedbugs when you move in not to forget dog poop everywere maintenance is no good you see him hidding out in his garage with other residents during busness hours on the weekends we see him drinking on the property with residents selling cars fixing cars but as residents we are not allowed to do mechanics on property owners changed office staff the new manager mariegold is very aware of working hard to get this property up have no negativity towards her i know she came to clean the mess previous manager left i can relate to actually having a great manager that is always here and ready to listen to residents awsome job on hiring her also the sweet lady in the front karmen i appreciate her effort on trying to understand us residents with many things that had to be done with previous management she is very sweet and kind her help is appreciated never been rude and always greets you so very kindly awsome job with the new office team to bad this property forgot to upgrade their drinking favortism with residents maintenance i think this property really needs to pick up the slack if they want to be on top of things we need a maintenance that is willing to do the work and complete the work to stay on top of this nasty property with trash everywere someone who is strictly business not socializing with residents that should not be tolerated thats how residents see favortism come on arlington get it together

We have been living in these apartments for a number of years now, and tonight (Sunday night) our ac broke so we contacted the maintance- Alfonso, and he came and fixed it (DESPITE IT BEING SUNDAY NIGHT)!! Great big thanks to Arlington Creek maintance!
